“Ballinspittle Comhaltas Branch is a vibrant community hub that has given young people in our locality wonderful opportunities. From All Ireland Fleadh Ceoil winners to an appearance on The Toy Show, and cultural trips abroad, they create spaces where hidden talents can truly flourish. Most importantly, they provide young people with the opportunity to make lifelong friendships through a shared passion for Irish music and culture. Their commitment to nurturing talent and building community is exceptional.”

"Our sons benefit so much from Comhaltas (Ballinspittle). Not only are they learning to play instruments to the highest standard, they also experience the joy of playing with their peers. Whether it’s busking, concerts, sessions, charity gigs or the Fleadh Cheoil, there is so much to enjoy. We are so lucky to have a dedicated, energetic and talented team of teachers, lead by Rosaire, who give so much of their time towards nurturing our children and helping them to realize their full musical potential."

"Over a decade ago, my children joined Ballinspittle Comhaltas to learn a musical instrument. What transpired is that they have learned multiple instruments, many Trad Irish tunes, made amazing lifelong friends and they have learned the joy of playing music with others. Now young adults, the benefits of Comhaltas continue as they study music for their leaving cert, take part in music competitions, travel to Trad music festivals with friends and gig together at sessions - sometimes even earning money for their effort!
If you want to fill your life with incredible music, great craic and a bit of chaos then Ballinspittle Comhaltas is the place to be!"
